2.1. All event bookings are subject to availability and must be confirmed through the designated

2.2. A deposit may be required to secure your reservation. The terms of payment, including
deposits, refunds, and cancellations, will be detailed in your booking agreement.
2.3. Venue603 reserves the right to cancel bookings due to unforeseen circumstances, with notice provided to the client and options for rescheduling or refunds as applicable.
3. Event Policies
3.1. Clients are responsible for adhering to Venue603’s policies regarding occupancy limits,
noise levels, decorations, catering, and use of facilities.
3.2. Any damages to the property caused during an event will be the responsibility of the client,
and repair costs will be billed accordingly.
3.3. Alcoholic beverages may only be served or consumed with prior approval and appropriate
permits, if applicable.
4. Intellectual Property
4.1. All content on the Site, including text, images, logos, and graphics, is the property of
Venue603 and is protected by copyright and trademark laws.
4.2. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use any content from the Site without prior
written consent from Venue603.
4.3 Altering or adapting our content without permission is strictly forbidden.
4.4 Commercial use of our content without a license is prohibited.
5. Limitation of Liability
5.1. Venue603 will not be held liable for any damages, losses, or injuries resulting from the use
of the Site or participation in events at our venue, except as required by law.

Return and Refund Policy

At Venue603, we strive to provide exceptional service and ensure a smooth booking experience. Our refund and cancellation policy is designed to address various scenarios fairly and transparently.
1. Event Deposits and Payments
1.1. A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. The amount of the deposit and payment schedule will be outlined in your booking agreement.
1.2. The remaining balance is due as per the terms outlined in your agreement, typically 20 days prior to the event date.
2. Cancellations by Clients
2.1. Cancellation Timelines:
- Cancellations made more than 30 days before the event: full refund, if applicable.
- Cancellations made within 30 days of the event: No refund.
2.2. Rescheduling Options:
Clients may request to reschedule their event, subject to availability and a rescheduling fee (if applicable). Rescheduling must occur within one year of the original event date.
2.3. All cancellations or rescheduling requests must be submitted in writing to bookvenue603@gmail.com
3. Cancellations by Venue603
3.1. Venue603 reserves the right to cancel bookings due to unforeseen circumstances, such as natural disasters, emergencies, or facility issues.
3.2. In such cases, clients will be offered the option to reschedule or receive a full refund of all payments made, including deposits.
4. No-Show Policy
If the client fails to arrive or utilize the venue on the scheduled event date without prior notification, no refunds will be issued.
5. Refund Process
5.1. Refunds (when applicable) will be processed within 14 business days of cancellation approval.
5.2. Refunds will be issued via the original payment method unless otherwise agreed upon.
6. Damages and Additional Charges
6.1. Clients are responsible for any damages to the venue or property caused during their event.
6.2. Refunds will not be issued if damages or violations of the venue’s policies result in additional charges.
